This policy covers the Ran Mobile Discord Bot and Discord account linking on www.ranmobile.com (for example, the player referral program).

By using our Discord server, interacting with the bot, or connecting Discord on our website, you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Discord OAuth (Website Linking)
When you connect Discord on www.ranmobile.com, we use Discord’s OAuth flow. With your permission, we collect only:

We do not collect your Discord password, email, phone number, payment info, or DM history through OAuth.
Linking may be required for specific features such as the referral program.
2.2 Discord Bot & Server
When you use our Discord server or interact with the bot:

The bot is not configured to monitor private/direct messages.
2.3 Optional AI Features
If enabled, the bot may process public messages you post (for example, @mentions or questions in designated channels) to generate FAQ-style replies. Only content you voluntarily post in those channels is used.
2.4 Staff Moderation
Authorized moderators may use bot commands that reference in-game character names or ban records during enforcement. This comes from game server systems — not from Discord OAuth for regular users.
3. How We Use Information
- Link Discord to your Ran Mobile account for referral and verification
- Run community events (duels, boss hunts, guess-the-word, announcements)
- Provide support (FAQ, forum tools, duplicate detection)
- Moderate the community (reaction filters, timeouts, staff enforcement)
- Maintain and improve the bot
We do not sell your information.

We do not share OAuth data for advertising.
5. Data Retention
- OAuth link data is kept while your account is linked and as needed for referral/verification features.
- Message and event data follows Discord’s retention and our operational needs (for example, forum indexes for duplicate detection).
- Moderation records may be kept for enforcement and audit.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information. No online system is 100% secure — keep your Ran Mobile and Discord accounts secure and do not share credentials.
7. Your Choices
- Leave the Discord server at any time
- Adjust Discord privacy settings in your Discord account settings
8. Children’s Privacy
Not directed at children under 13 (or minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
