Hiraya Development ("us", "we", or "our") operates Ran Mobile: The Master Class and Ran Mobile: Alab (the "Games"). By downloading, installing, or using the Games, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

User Conduct

  • • You agree to use the Games only for non-commercial purposes and to contribute positively to the community.
  • • You shall not engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the Games, other users, or our services.

Age Restrictions

Account Responsibility

  • • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and confidentiality. Sharing account information is prohibited.
  • • You are liable for all activities conducted through your account.

Intellectual Property

  • • All intellectual property rights related to the Games are owned by Min Communications.
  • • You may not use, copy, or distribute any game content without explicit permission.

User Content

  • • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute user-generated content within the Games.
  • • You are responsible for the content you submit, and it must comply with applicable laws and not infringe on third-party rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Games at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms of Use or for any other reason.

Important: Violations of our Real Money Trading (RMT) Policy will result in immediate and permanent account termination without notice or appeal.

Limitation of Liability
